Common access and launch issues, with the checks that actually apply to Shire.

The key is rejected

Shire keys use the format SHIRE-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX: four groups of five characters after the prefix. Re-copy the key from the confirmation page or My keys; do not add spaces or extra characters.

The key expired or was revoked

Expired and revoked keys cannot be reused. Check the key source and request a new one through the official Discord if you believe the state is wrong.

The key is already bound to another device

Each key is linked to one HWID. To move it to another PC, request a HWID reset through official Discord support. The website cannot reset a HWID.

Payment is still pending

The confirmation page waits for the signed Stripe webhook. Keep the confirmation link and try again after a few seconds. Do not open a second checkout while the first payment is pending.

Alpha is unavailable

Alpha plans open only when Genshin Impact 7.2 is supported. The release date has not been defined. This is expected on Genshin 7.1.

The launcher will not start Genshin

• Close GenshinImpact.exe before running ShireInjector.exe; an already-running game is refused.
• Run the launcher as administrator.
• Confirm the target path in shire.json points to GenshinImpact.exe. The launcher also offers a file picker fallback.
• Make sure the key is active; the launcher cannot map without a launch ticket.

Check the API

Before opening a ticket, check the API status page. It verifies the Worker health and the public pages from your browser.

Support

Use the official Discord for account, HWID, payment and launcher issues. Include your key prefix/last characters and the payment reference when relevant. Never send full card details.
