The checkout is PC only. All prices are one-time payments in USD. A Shire key is not a recurring subscription.

Checkout

Choose a plan on the store page.
Continue to Stripe. Payment and card data are handled by Stripe, not by this site.
After payment, Stripe returns you to the confirmation page with a checkout session.
The signed Stripe webhook confirms the payment and the API issues the key.

A redirect from Stripe, by itself, does not create a license. The confirmation page waits for the server-side webhook.

Delivery

Your key appears on the confirmation page after payment is confirmed. The page also saves it locally in My keys in this browser.

There is no automated email delivery. Keep the confirmation URL or the key itself. The browser vault is a convenience only: it does not activate or verify the license.

Key format

SHIRE-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Keys are validated by the launcher and the licensing API.

Duration and activation

A duration-based key starts counting on its first activation/use, not at purchase.
The key is linked to one HWID on first use.
To move to another PC, request a HWID reset through the official Discord support.
Reusing the same key on a second device without a reset is blocked by design.

Alpha access

Alpha keys are listed for the 7.2 release. They cannot be activated until Genshin Impact 7.2 is supported. The release date has not been defined. Do not buy Alpha expecting access on 7.1.

Payment support

For a payment that is still pending, keep the confirmation link and check again. If the payment succeeded but no key appears, open a ticket on the official Discord with the payment reference. Never send full card details.
