Getting started

Everything between buying a key and opening the Shire menu for the first time.

Before you start

  • Windows PC.
  • Genshin Impact 7.1 for Shire 1.14.
  • A Shire key and the ShireInjector.exe provided with your access.
No public download

This site does not host a public launcher or payload download. Use the launcher and key delivered through the official channel.

Get a key

Keys are sold through Stripe. The current Standard plan is a one-time 7-day key for US$ 7.99. Alpha plans open only when Genshin Impact 7.2 is supported.

Open the store or read Store & delivery for the full table.

After checkout

  1. Stripe returns you to the confirmation page.
  2. The key is issued after the signed Stripe webhook confirms payment.
  3. Save the key. It is also saved locally in My keys.

There is no email delivery. Keep the confirmation link if you need to retrieve the key later. A key uses this format:

SHIRE-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

First launch

Close Genshin Impact

The launcher refuses to map while GenshinImpact.exe is already running. Start from a fresh game process.

Run ShireInjector.exe

Run the launcher as administrator. It will reopen through UAC if Windows does not start it elevated.

Paste your key

On first use, the console asks for your key. The launcher validates the key and HWID online, then stores the session in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Shire\key.dat using Windows DPAPI.

Let the launcher start the game

It reads the target from shire.json, downloads the current payload into memory, verifies it and maps it before Genshin starts.

On later launches, an active saved key goes straight to the game. If the key expired or was revoked, the launcher asks for a new one.

Open the menu

Shire opens in-game with the menu hotkey. The menu and shutdown keys can be changed in Config → Open Menu. That panel also controls the clamp window and the status overlay.

If you have not changed the hotkey, open Config and check the current binding before looking for another shortcut. The app shows the active keys in the menu.
